1. Logistics & Delivery Timelines 
 
Shipping Partners: We partner with leading global couriers (DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS) to ensure your jewelry is handled with the highest level of security. 
 
Processing Time: 
 
Ready-to-Ship: Dispatched within 2–3 business days. 
 
Made-to-Order/Customized: Dispatched within 10–15 business days. 
 
Estimated Transit Time: Once dispatched, most international orders reach their destination within 5–10 business days, depending on local customs clearance. 

2. Duties, Taxes & Customs (DDU/DAP Terms) 
 
For all orders shipped outside of India, MYZA operates on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. 
 
What this means: The prices displayed on our website do not include international import duties, VAT, or local sales taxes. 
 
At Checkout: Your checkout total includes only the product price and the shipping fee. 
 
Upon Arrival: Once your package reaches your country, the courier (DHL/FedEx) will contact you to collect the applicable import duties and taxes as mandated by your local government. These charges must be paid by the recipient to release the shipment from customs. 
 
Estimates: Customs policies vary widely by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate before placing your order. 

3. Shipping Insurance & Security 
 
Every MYZA shipment is fully insured until the moment it is delivered to your doorstep. 
 
Signature Required: For your protection, all international deliveries require a signature upon receipt. 
 
Tamper-Evident Packaging: Your jewelry will arrive in secure, tamper-proof packaging. Please do not accept the package if the seal appears broken or compromised. 

4. Refused Shipments 
 
If a shipment is refused at the time of delivery or if the customer fails to pay the required customs duties, the package will be returned to our facility in India. 
 
In such cases, all original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and any unpaid customs duties/penalties will be deducted from your final refund amount.
