Shipping Policy
DELIVERY TIME
MYZA offers same-day delivery in metros all over India, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Shipments to Tier 2/3 cities are delivered the next/second business day. Cut-off time for order processing is 08.00 AM if placed on the same day, else the order is processed the next business day. All shipments are pre-insured.
For remote locations / hill areas, order delivery time varies from 1 to 3 Business Days.
We're continuously striving to get your MYZA to you as quick as possible, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In such case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number.
PAYMENT METHOD
You can pay via all major VISA or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards using our payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. For international orders, duties and taxes are not included in the price.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At MYZA we are pleased to offer a 15-DAY, no-questions-asked return policy (with full refund or credit).  The refund is processed to the original mode of payment with-in 2 working days of receipt of product at MYZA Warehouse.
RETURN SHIPMENT PROCESS
To return your order, please pack jewelry along with the contents (i.e. Product, Box, Certificate of Authenticity). Contact our customer care at 99108 13222 or email to return@myza.com to generate a return ticket. A return pickup shall be arranged with pickup date and time communicated to you. Please hand over the sealed package to the pick-up executive.
