At MYZA, we aim to deliver your jewelry quickly, safely, and securely. All orders are shipped with complimentary insurance to ensure your purchase reaches you safely.
Delivery Time
Most MYZA orders are processed within 1 business day of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines are as follows:
• Express Delivery: Available for ready-to-ship products in major cities, often delivered within 1–2 business days.
• Standard Delivery: Typically delivered within 3–7 working days across most locations in India.
• Maximum Delivery Timeline: Up to 10 working days for metropolitan cities and 12 working days for other locations in India.
Orders placed before 8:00 AM are usually processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.
For customized or made-to-order jewelry, the estimated delivery timeline will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, in rare cases unforeseen delays may occur. If this happens, our team will notify you promptly.
Shipping & Insurance
• Free shipping across India on all orders.
• Complimentary shipping insurance is included for every shipment.
• All orders are securely packed and dispatched through trusted courier partners.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with the shipment tracking details, allowing you to track your package until delivery.
Payment Methods
We accept secure payments through multiple options at checkout:
• All major Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards
• UPI and other digital payment methods via our payment gateway
• Cash on Delivery (COD) available for orders up to ₹49,000
For orders above ₹49,000 placed using COD, the remaining balance can be paid using other available payment options.
All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
PAN Requirement
As per Indian government regulations, PAN details are required for jewelry purchases of ₹2,00,000 or above.
International Orders
For international shipments, custom duties, import taxes, and local charges (if applicable) are not included in the product price and must be paid by the customer as per the regulations of the destination country.
