Gold Lab-Grown Diamond Jewelry Policies

30-Day Free Trial, Returns & 101% Moneyback
All gold lab-grown diamond jewelry purchases are eligible for a 30-day free trial from the date of delivery.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days, no questions asked.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 101% refund (100% + 1%) with a maximum bonus of ₹500.
• The 101% moneyback offer is applicable only on the first order per customer.
• Items must be returned with the original box, certificates, and invoice.
• Jewelry must be returned in its original mounted condition. Solitaires or stones that have been removed or separated from the jewelry setting are not eligible for returns.
• Returns are not applicable for customized or personalized orders.
Lifetime Buyback & Exchange
Gold lab-grown diamond jewelry purchased from MYZA is eligible for lifetime buyback and exchange under the following terms.
Gold Value
• 100% of metal weight at the prevailing market value.
Certified Lab-Grown Diamonds (IGI / SGL Certified)
• 80% of invoice value applicable for buyback or exchange.
Conditions
• Original certificate and invoice must be provided.
• Discounts, promotional offers, and free gifts availed at the time of purchase will be deducted from the final value.
• The value of any free gift or promotional item received with the purchase will be deducted from the final buyback or exchange value.
• GST (3%) will be deducted from the final buyback price as applicable.
• Free gifts are not eligible for buyback.
• Buyback or exchange is not applicable for customized or personalized orders.

15-Day Returns & 101% Moneyback
All silver lab diamond jewelry purchases are eligible for returns within 15 days of delivery.
• Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 working days after inspection of the returned item.

Rhodium Plating Warranty – Silver Jewelry
All MYZA sterling silver diamond jewelry is finished with high-quality anti-tarnish rhodium plating to enhance shine and durability.
To maintain the original brilliance of your jewelry, MYZA offers a 5-Year Complimentary Rhodium Plating Warranty from the date of purchase.
Coverage
• Up to two complimentary rhodium replating services within 5 years of purchase.
• Applicable for normal plating wear over time.
• The service restores the original shine and protective finish of the jewelry.
Service Conditions
• Customers are responsible for shipping the product to our service center.
• MYZA will cover the cost of replating for eligible services.
• Processing time is typically 7–10 working days after the item is received.
Additional Services
• Requests beyond the complimentary service limit may still be accommodated at a nominal service charge.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, or improper care
• Scratches, dents, or structural damage to the jewelry
