MYZA Jewelry Policies

We offer two premium categories – Lab Grown Diamonds Jewelry and Gemstone/Moissanite Jewelry. Each category has its own return, warranty, and buy-back policies for complete transparency.

1. Lab Grown Diamonds Jewelry Policy

30-Day Free Trial & 101% Money-back Guarantee

  • All purchases are eligible for a 30-day free trial (from delivery date).

  • Returns are accepted no questions asked within the trial period.

  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5 working days of return.

  • If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 101% refund (100% + 1%) with a maximum bonus of ₹500.

  • Applicable only on the first order per user.

  • Items must be returned with original box, certificates, and invoice.

Lifetime Warranty

  • All MYZA solitaires are warranted for life against defects in material and workmanship.

  • Free repair or replacement if your item ever needs service.

  • Warranty excludes damage from accidents, misuse, or loss.

  • Proof of purchase required for warranty claims.

Lifetime Buyback & Exchange

  • Metal: 100% of metal weight at prevailing market value.

  • Certified Lab-Grown Diamonds (IGI / SGL Certified): 80% of invoice value (buyback & exchange).

  • Conditions: Original certificate + invoice required. The value of any discounts or free gifts availed at the time of purchase are deducted. Goods & Service Tax (GST) at the rate of 3% is deducted from the final buyback price. Free gifts are not eligible for buyback. Returns are not accepted for any customized or personalized orders.

2. Moissanite & Gemstone Jewelry Policy

7-Day Return Policy

  • All moissanite & gemstone jewelry purchases are eligible for a 7-day return.

  • 100% of the purchase amount is refunded when returned within the 7-day window.

  • Refund credited within 5 working days of return.

  • Applicable only once per user on the first order.

  • Items must be returned with original box, certificates, and invoice.

  • Products purchased under promotional offers i.e. 'Buy 1 Get 1 Free' (BOGO) are returnable within 7 days only. They are not eligible for lifetime buyback or exchange.

Lifetime Warranty

  • Moissanite stones are warranted to retain their brilliance and luster over time.

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or loss is not covered.

  • Proof of purchase required for warranty claims.

Lifetime Buyback & Exchange

  • Metal: 100% of metal weight at prevailing market value.

  • Moissanite Stones / Carborundum / Gemstones:

    • Buyback at 50% of invoice value.

    • Exchange at 60% of invoice value.

    • Products purchased under promotional offers i.e. 'Buy 1 Get 1 Free' (BOGO) are returnable within 7 days only. They are not eligible for lifetime buyback or exchange.

  • Original invoice + certificates required.

  • Discounts and free gifts are deducted from final value. Free gifts are not eligible for buyback. Returns are not accepted for any customized or personalized orders.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please contact our customer support team at help@myza.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
